Join us at *Elfin Forest Qigong Studio for in-person Saturday Qigong classes! These periodic classes include guided meditation, moving meditation, and the benefits of an amplified qi field to enhance wellness. When the weather is suitable we may practice under the nurturing canopy of the oak trees below the studio. Otherwise we will meet in the studio.
Everyone is welcome from beginners to long-time students.
Please register ASAP to hold your place. Space is limited to 12 participants.
Tuition: At Qigong for Life we believe that access to qigong should be available to everyone regardless of financial circumstances. We offer sliding scale for most classes, allowing you to choose a fee that reflects your financial situation. Options are shown for each class.
