Join us to nurture your heart with qigong for the Summer Heart Fire Phase. Summer is the best time to attend to our hearts as we are supported by this most expansive and energetic time of year. This is the perfect opportunity to be in a nurturing community with fellow whole-hearted qigong practitioners!
Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience. Everyone is welcome to attend.

- Guided qigong meditation
- Warm up movements to activate qi
- Qigong forms for healing and strengthening
- Theory/philosophy for deeper understanding
- Seasonal Information based on the Five Phases
- Healing/wellness Intention
Your registration includes a recording so you can attend anytime, or review and practice on your own schedule.
Tuition: At Qigong for Life we believe that access to qigong should be available to everyone regardless of financial circumstances. We offer sliding scale for most classes, allowing you to choose a fee that reflects your financial situation. Options are shown for each class.
